We invite you to join Viola Everett on your journey to better health and well being. Become a student in her class and she will guide you through the Fall Prevention movements step-by-step.

Combining two of the most powerful internal arts with tai chi, this style places great emphasis on Qigong (exercise to cultivate vital life energy), making it especially effective for cultivating internal energy, which in turn greatly enhances healing and relaxation. Sun style is characterized by agile steps with smooth and flowing movements, like water in a river.

This program includes 12 movements and Qigong for relaxation and mindfulness training. The exercise is equivalent to brisk walking; and, is suitable for seniors and individuals wishing to learn a set of tai chi movements.

DPL pic Susan RalphViola teaches this program demonstrating each movement step-by-step. Viola goes through each lesson with you and explains how to incorporate the tai chi principles into your practice and daily life.
